"...and i know all that shit is going to go on for the rest of my life, it's just disappointing and sad to accept the fact. most people don't know what a true friend is or at least they don't care enough to actually be one. and that is probably the most devestating thing to realize, but it is the truth and it won't change because people don't care enough to change it.
i take pride in the fact that i'm a damn good friend and a good person over all. i do have my mood swings and i'm not happy-go-lucky all the fucking time, but who is? and i can't fake a smile for shit (which doesn't help me since i work in customer service haha) but
i wouldn't want to fake a damn thing even if i could.
so, just in case there was any doubt, i'm not someone who doesn't value their real friends. i let them know exactly what they mean to me and how lucky i am just to know them, let alone have their friendship."
